What These Terms Cover

1. Introduction

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bal99 supports deposits and withdrawals through leading Bangladeshi mobile banking services and card networks. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are protected by SSL encryption. Minimum deposit is ৳500. bal99 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Accepted Payment Methods

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) subject to satisfactory KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. • Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by bal99 compliance.
• Any active bonus must meet its wagering requirement in full before a withdrawal of bonus-related funds is permitted.
• bal99 reserves the right to request further identity documents before processing any withdrawal in excess of ৳20,000 in a single transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bal99 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus is subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly without satisfying rollover conditions. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account balance.
• bal99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of suspected abuse of any promotional offer, bal99 may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Bonus offers are intended for recreational players. bal99 reserves the right to exclude any account from receiving promotional offers without explanation, including accounts identified as primarily bonus-seeking.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bal99 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account per individual, household, or device. Multiple accounts created with intent to abuse bonuses will be permanently closed.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, chargebacks, or any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable Bangladeshi or international law.
• Colluding with other players or staff to manipulate game outcomes, wagering results, or bonus distributions.
• Accessing the platform using VPN, proxy services, or any tool designed to circumvent geographical restrictions or obscure your true location and identity.

bal99 employs advanced fraud-detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement. Any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct will be voided without compensation, and the relevant account will be permanently closed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the bal99 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, and multimedia elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of bal99 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, reverse-engineering, or commercial exploitation of any bal99 content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bal99, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bal99 platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or technical failures beyond bal99's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, server downtime, or third-party payment processor errors.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, bal99's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death and personal injury caused by bal99's wilful misconduct.

By agreeing to these Terms you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bal99 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
